About Camps:

‘AOL Camps’ focuses on bringing transformation in Children & Teens by making them come out of 'Study Stress', 'Anger & Anxiety' and making them calm, focused and responsible individuals.

AOL CAMPS are combination of Art of Living Children & Teens courses and Adventure Activities providing Empowerment with Fun. We conduct different types of activities that will give kids amusement, exposure & value education.

Since 2008 we have been conducting theses camps at Triveni ashram and till date we have executed 300+ camps benefitting 30,000 + students. These Camps have been conceptualized by International Coach Rachith Gandhi.

We conduct these camps at Lush Green Triveni Ashram at the banks of Bhama river, around15 km from Alandi, Pune.

The Art of Living trained teachers conduct the following courses for children and Teens. They facilitate the most powerful yet simple 'Sudarshan Kriya' & Meditation . To know more about these courses click here

1. Utkarsha Yoga for 8 to 13 years

2. Medha Yoga Level 1 for 13+ to 17 years

3. Medha Yoga level 2 for 14 to 18 years

4. Intuition Process (Prajna Yoga) 8 to 18 years

5. Sri Sri Yoga for Kids for 7 to 13 years

Adventure activities are executed by a team of professionally trained ‘Outdoor Experts’ with certified safety equipments. In the past 18 years, we have had more than 30000 kids and we can proudly affirm that all the camps have been extremely safe and enjoyable with no casualties.

7:15 am to 8.15 am - Yoga
8.15 am to 9.30 am - Breakfast
9.30 am to 12.45 pm - Art of Living Course
12.45 pm to 2.00 pm - Lunch Break
2.00 pm to 3.30 pm - Indoor Session
3.30 pm to 7.00 pm - Outdoor Activities
4.30 pm - Snacks Break during outdoor activities
7.00 pm to 8.00 pm - Leisure Time
8.00 pm to 9.00 pm - Musical Satsang
9.00 pm to 10.00 pm - Dinner

As per their age group following Outdoor Activities will be conducted to give them exposure of different sports & science

Rachith J Gandhi, a passionate, creative and self-motivated leader. He has empowered 50,000+ Children & Teens since 2005. He is International Faculty & Trainer's Trainer in The Art of Living. He has executed more than 300 Camps in 7 Art of Living ashrams across India. Trained more than 30,000 students in 500 + Intuition Process programs.

Camp Head

Anuprabha Prashanth, Career Counselor, Yoga Trainer & an Art of Living faculty for children, teens and adults. With her undying enthusiasm & commitment she has shouldered important responsibilities of 'AOLCamps' for the last 11 years. She has enriched lives of more than 10,000 kids and teens in the last decade.
