About Camps

AOL CAMPS have 2 parts - 1. Art of Living Children and Teens courses 2. Adventure Activities

The Art of Living trained teachers conduct the following courses for children and teens as per their age. They facilitate the most powerful yet simple 'Sudarshan Kriya' & Meditation

1. Utkarsha Yoga for 8 to 13 years

2. Medha Yoga Level 1 for 13+ to 17 years

3. Medha Yoga level 2 for 14 to 18 years

4. Intuition Process (Prajna Yoga) 8 to 18 years

5. Sri Sri Yoga for Kids for 7 to 13 years

Apart from courses participants daily do Yoga, Mantra chanting, Satsang Singing & Dancing

Adventure activities are executed by a team of professionally trained ‘Outdoor Experts’ with certified safety equipment. In the past 18 years, we have had more than 21000 kids and we can proudly affirm that all the camps have been extremely safe and enjoyable with no casualties.

Utkarsha Yoga Camp

( 8 to 13 yrs)

Children have boundless energy that tends to manifest as anxiety, anger, aggression, and depression.

The Utkarsha Yoga program offers simple breathing techniques, and tenets of wisdom to help children channel their energy into positive pursuits. With a calm and happy mind, children will be able to focus better and with greater memory power as well as clarity. It also equips children with the spirit of teamwork and creative problem-solving.

Medha Yoga Camp

(13+ to 17 yrs)

Teenage - The transition from childhood to adulthood is fraught with challenges that increase stress - academics, entrance exams, peer pressure, and relationships.

The Medha Yoga Level 1 focuses on making teens stress-free and happy. The program helps teens overcome negative emotions and deal with stress through special breathing techniques. In addition, important life skills are honed through interactive processes & games.

Medha Yoga 2 Camp

( 14 to 17 yrs)

It's a journey to conquer barriers and find happiness despite their changing selves and surroundings. It challenges teens to go beyond their preconceived notion of their ‘self’

Knowledge, meditations & processes bring back their focus on career from distractions. The program also helps teens to start focusing on their strengths as opposed to thinking, lack in them. It helps them overcome their regrets, fears and inhibitions.

Sri Sri Yoga for Kids

( 8 to 13 yrs)

Sri Sri Yoga program for kids is a wonderful program where the kids learn the ways of a healthier lifestyle in a fun-filled way.

From a young age, when children are taught how to calm their minds, they become emotionally stable. Knowingly or unknowingly they go through a lot of physical exertion; yoga helps them relax and yet builds their strength.

Intuition Process ( 8 to 18 yrs)

The Art of Living Intuition Process was earlier known as Prajna Yoga. In this program, the Power of the Mind is awakened to a higher level which brings an intuitive ability in them. This ability tunes them to perceive things beyond their senses and intellect.

This ability is developed through, some profound ancient techniques of Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation. These techniques are short, easy to learn & taught in a fun-filled manner.
