Registration Steps 

1. Create a login in your Child's name. 

If you or your child has already done any course in ashram, use that previous email ID to Log in

If you want to register 2 or more kids then under your log in you can add all kids. After adding them you can register them. You can also register them by creating their individual Log in.

2. While registering choose a Room or Dormitory and then make payment

3. Once payment is done, you will get payment receipt on mail, which is confirmation of Seat

4. Click here to get registration link for your preferred date and course

Before sending your child for a Camp kindly do the below 

1. Send signed Consent form 

Print the above hard copy form, after filling and signing it, send it with your child on the day of reporting. Please note that without this hard copy, Adventure Activities will not be conducted. (It is compulsory to fill this form even ​after filling out the online registration form)

2. Download 'Things to get' and ensure all the items listed are sent in a backpack.

3. 'Like' AOLCamps Facebook page for updates from AOLCamps.

​Important to note

1. Register at least 7 days before each camp to avoid the disappointment of Rooms and Camp getting full.    

2. In case a participant can not make it for the chosen date then they will get a credit note from Triveni Ashram which is valid for six months and can be used for any AOL course in Triveni Ashram, Pune only. Kindly note that Triveni Ashram does not have a refund policy.

4. Reporting is on 1st day between 3 pm to 4:30 pm and departure on the last day after 2 pm. Parent's Briefing will happen online on Zoom 2 days before the Camp starts.

6. Buses will stop only at fixed stops mentioned by us. Snacks will be provided only in Mumbai Bus. Find bus pick-up points & other details in Camp Guidelines.

7. Refunds will not be given for cancellations of Transport Service 3 days before Camp

1. In a step towards helping kids come out of mobile addiction. We kept this camp Gadget- Free. Carrying mobile or any electronic gadgets is strictly not allowed in AOLCamps. All the electronic gadgets need to be handed over to one of our volunteers on the reporting day itself to avoid confiscation.

2. It is our motive to give a pleasurable experience to all our participants, for which all participants need to follow appropriate behavior. If any participant is involved in inappropriate conduct like bullying, stealing, abusing, or doing any physical harm to fellow participants or volunteers OR does any physical damage to ashram property or belongings of fellow participants/volunteers strict action will be taken. So kindly educate your child about the discipline he/she is expected to maintain while on camp.

3. In case a participant can not make it for the chosen date then they will get a credit note from Triveni Ashram which is valid for six months and can be used for any AOL course. 4. Parent meetings for Camp preparation will be kept on zoom 2 days before Camp starts.

5. Whats app group will be made 2 days before camp for coordination. Pics or videos will not be shared on it. 

6. On Reporting day accommodation will be given only when the Consent form is signed by a Parent / Guardian. Click here to Download the form. Submit duly filled and signed registration on arrival. 

7. Children will be given separate accommodation along with other kids and not with parents (in case parents are doing some course in the ashram).

8. During Family retreats Parents should not keep meeting kids or make their Children or other kids call up anyone.  As other kids who came without Parents feel more homesick.

9. On the 3rd day of Camp only one call of 2 mins will be made by Volunteers in Camps. 

10. During or After Camps if a participant gets ill, then Triveni Ashram, AOLCamps, Teachers or any Experts are not responsible

11. Payment receipt for a donation paid will be issued by Triveni Ashram in the name of the Participant & not in the name of a Parent 

12. We click very few pics which will be posted on Facebook page of AOLCamps after 10 days. We can not click a pic of each child.

13. Kindly go through Videos, Pics & FAQ along with your children to understand AOLCamps - Triveni Ashram facilities and activities.

14. Do not send a lot of Junk Food with Kids. Also, do not give more than 300 rs. to kids.

15. Do not send any Valuables like expensive watches, any electronic gadgets. AOLCamps, Triveni Ashram, Teachers & Volunteers are not responsible for its safekeeping.

16. If water is not sufficient in the river Kayaking will not happen and no other compensation will be given against it
